We are hiring experienced Office Directors or IBOs:
Responsibilities include:

Complete ownership of your own company to manage either an energy, telecommunications or credit card processing campaign

Interviewing, hiring, training, and growing your office to a total of 30+ Sales Representatives and 10+ offices

Managing and motivating an office of door-to-door Sales Reps

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including working directly with CEO and CFO of One Source Provider to determine office needs and improvements

Manage the relationships with One Source Provider and campaigns, including dispute resolution and driving sales

Requirements:
Be fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)

Experience as an Office Manager/Director managing a door-to-door team
Experience with campaigns such as telecom, energy, or credit card processing
Excited about developing a team of Sales Reps
Able to successfully manage vendor and supplier relationships

Be a thinker. Be able to review a problem and find creative solutions
