In 2012, Tarryn was awarded the Top Recruiter award in the industry, and shortly after, was promoted to the Recruiting Director of OSP. She has a proven track record of exceeding assigned targets and hiring top talent in competitive environments, thus allowing her to triple the organization in size. 

 

Since joining OSP, Tarryn has been leading the Recruitment team. She focuses on the growth of OSP’s independently-owned sales offices and plays a vital role in the ongoing expansion of One Source Provider’s face-to-face business. She is a member of the business development team, which consists of the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Operations, and is the President of OSP’s Charity Program.

 

Tarryn is responsible for leading marketing, corporate communications, public relations, recruiting and events for OSP and its network of all sales offices. She and her team are responsible for OSP's internal and external marketing and communications efforts including initiating, developing, directing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs aligning with client and company goals.

Tarryn is also an active member of PETA, Michigan Humane Society, and MDA where she volunteers monthly.
