At Modern Marketing, the Management Team is responsible for the training and development of each team member. With our merit based system, in which we only promote from within, all of our Management Team members have successfully proven themselves throughout each role in our management training program.

Dustin Woods

President

 

Dustin Woods was born and raised in Delaware, Ohio. He attended Ohio Northern University on a football scholarship and graduated with a degree in Business Management. Dustin started in the Direct Sales and Marketing Industry in June of 2009, in Columbus, Ohio where he excelled by being promoted to a management role in just a short five months. He opened his own office in Troy, Michigan in July of 2010, the following year he was recognized nationally as AT&T’s Top Performing office.  Dustin has helped to open, consult and mentor seven different offices throughout his career. 

 

Dustin attributes a lot of his success to his career in college football; he finds many parallels in sports and business. His goal in the future is to continue to make an impact in the community as well as train and coach young professionals to reach their personal and professional goals. 

Hobbies: Fantasy football, golf and cooking. 

 

Debbie Ho

Recruiting Manager

 

Since being one of MM’s first employees, she’s able to give valuable insight on recruiting and HR policies. She loves the challenge of managing multiple projects at the same time, as well as, creating opportunities for people looking for a new career. As someone who greatly appreciates the value of a family, her goal is to become successful very quickly in her role and to move into higher levels of Human Resources Management and Financial Advising. 

 

Since joining the team, she has gained experience in various forms of direct sales and marketing positions. She has fine-tuned these skills and started focusing on Human Resources. She's fueled her passion for helping leaders grow into their greatest potential by playing a major part in building and preparing teams for expansion into new markets. Today she is responsible for overseeing operations, staffing, and client relations for Modern Marketing.

 

 

 

Danyelle Anaya

Recruiting Manager

 

Danyelle is a specialized Recruiting associate with experience in direct sales and human resources. Throughout her career, Danyelle has had exceptional success identifying new distribution channels and creating winning relationships between key partners. As a member of the MM team, Danyelle leverages her strategic business development experience to identify key players. She negotiates winning partnerships in growth segments such as telecommunications, and energy.

 

Danyelle is responsible for leading marketing, corporate communications, public relations, recruiting and events for MM and its network of all sales offices. She and her team are responsible for MM's internal and external marketing and communications efforts including initiating, developing, directing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs aligning with client and company goals.
